You'd have to know what percent of people commit crimes to calculate this. Also its violent crime not crime in general I believe for that 52% number. So percent of people who commit violent crimes and are arrested.

I remember calculating this a while back, and if you limit it to more relevant age brackets, like 15-40, it's something like a 1 in 17 chance that any given black man will be convicted of a crime each year

In any case you have to do it for all males around that age or you're just expanding the pool for other races. I know black crime is higher, but comparing young black males to all ages of other males makes it look worse than it is.

In America in 2020, There were 10 million black males in the age bracket of 18-34. In 2020 there were 21,570 murders. Black males committed 52% of that. So 11,216 black males committed murder in 2020.

11,216/10 million equals out to: 0.001%.

That’s what people don’t get. The raw numbers are what matters most, not the percentages. People really think blacks are raping, looting, and killing by the millions. And there’s legions and hordes of blacks just waiting to go out and kill.

It’s a very tiny number, committed by an even tinier percentage of blacks who live in the absolute shittiest parts of the shittiest neighborhoods. It’s not a widespread phenomenon.
