In my travels, I have observed that a Scottish person exercising or doing hard work will turn quite red in the face and all over. Whereas as Polish person doing the same work will have no change in complexion. At rest both of these people will have about the same skin tone. Do Polish people have thicker skin or do Scotts have more visible blood vessels? Why is this?
