Op, I took 9 years to get a 4 year degree. I'm out years of wages for being addicted to stupid shit online. Professional life has been great though, was absolutely worth it.

Everyone gets depressed to a degree. I recommend making a big change; try changing up your living environment, making a schedule and having someone to be accountable to, get a pet, find some way to break out of old patterns.

Life is every bit as horrible and tough as you think it is, but you could be so much tougher than you are now. You can't make the world nicer, so get stronger. Do it OP.
