Is bioinformatics enjoyable carrer? Should i try to do masters in it, if i have CS background and lot of experience with programming, but 0 with biology? I dont think i am smart enough for AI/machine learning meme, is bioinformatics harder?

I work in bioinformatics in public health and I use ML to help predict diabeetus within 5-years atm.
I also have a psych background so that tells you about how hard it is to get your foot in the door. But I am doing a lot of reading and imposter syndrome suffering
