The crazy thing is so many people got at least one shot, that they are so afraid to accept the fact they fell for a lie. I can't even imagine how I would feel if I were them. I probably would also live in denial. That must be really hard. I never say that to vaxxtards in RL, I don't want them to live in regret.

Could be that. Could also be that the one answering e-mails knows (or doesn't know) some non-trivial piece of info, or is just retarded. I wouldn't bet on any one explanation given how brainless and inconsistent organizations can be.

Nah mate fuck off, I'm never getting the shot. OP wanted an explanation for why the website was inconsistent with the e-mail, so I gave him some possibilities. The one responding to the e-mail either doesn't know about the website, knows the website is wrong, or knows that what he replied with is wrong. All of these have explanations that could involve legitimate conspiracies but could just as easily happen because everyone's running around with their heads cut off. The ones making the website and responding to the e-mails might have no idea about any grander plan.

That is the key word here that you are either deliberately overlooking or too retarded to understand.
It means if it hasn't been long since you got a shot you can't give blood but if you had shots awhile ago it's fine.
You also can't give blood while infected with a virus but after you have recovered you can.
