Most HR processes are heavily automated so you actually need to ensure that it lands in front of someone half competent. Also, use a free resume parser to ensure that your resume is actually being properly read by these automated systems.
Like, it actually doesn't matter how much you polish your resume if it doesn't properly get parsed. Every job that appears on any job board, especially entry level positions, will get flooded by 100s of applicants. A human will never see your resume until they've culled it automatically down to like 10 candidates.
