>>13837675I would say this is just the start of a push to get a legal precedent. First get some doctors to back your case, then take it to court and hold someone accountable. It will be an interesting angle to see who they try to sue. Or maybe its just as simple as getting a government handout for their suffering. The most important step behind the push is just getting it officially recognized.
I can see why some Doctors would be supportive of this sort of thing, considering the bureaucratic bullshit and government incompetence they have to deal with every day. they have to swallow their words, so when something like this comes along and its time to take out the knives.
This particular case may well be a trite example, but is symptomatic of a larger health issue, as anyone who has had to witness the long term effects of banal shit like having to live in a city surrounded by vehicles pumping out poisonous gases can attest. Gee, I wonder why so many kids have respiratory issues?
