you might find this weird but my friend when he had massive toothpain he pissed in cup and kept piss in his mouth for 15 minutes and he did this several times. He fully healed his tooth and he did not need root canal.

So if you are brave enough to do it. Try this method.

I'm 35 and had terrible dental hygiene all my life, whenever I get tooth pain I just brush my teeth lmao for a couple weeks and it goes away. I've only lost one tooth so far.

But my father is 70 and still has all of his so it might be genetic in some way. As for you OP just get some aspirin

Another method you can try is just to constantly rinse your mouth with cool water. The drawback is you have to do this continuously.

This. Ibuprofen. It's much better than aspirin or paracetamol for toothache. It's also near impossible to overdose with ibuprofen. Paracetamol kills your liver, ibuprofen does no such thing.It's magic.

Don't laugh, but this is a 100% guaranteed to work remedy for tooth ache that my great grand mother showed me. Get a bag of unsalted peanuts. Place a peanut between each toe of your foot. Put your shoes on and go for a long walk. In about 20 minutes your toothache will be gone. I have no idea why this works but it does.

This guy knows. Keeping your mouth clean is priority number one. Lot of the inflammation and pain is caused by food being stuck in "wrong places".
The pain will reliably go away as long as you keep the mouth clean and don't do anything stupid to open more wounds in your mouth.

Alternate between ibuprofen and acetaminophen every 3 hours or so. Ibuprofen does most the work, but both does help, at least in my experience of having many tooth infections.

Also use an ice pack. It helps a ton when you're trying to get to sleep, which is the worst part of tooth pain IMO.
