If a photon is massless and an electron has mass, why is the speed of light 100x that of electricity?

Electrical signal propagation speed in a conductor is somewhere between 0.4 and 0.9c. Where did you get that 100x number from?

Apparently electromagnetic radiation is the exact same thing as light and apparently electrons are electricity. So electrons and photons are the same thing but thats obviously not true
Where did i fuck up?

Based on what I can tell photons produce the phenomenon of light.In electricity, photons transfer energy from electron to electron. Not sure how correct that is.

It completely depends on what you mean by "electricity".

There is the velocity of individual electrons, the electron group velocity (or drift) and the signal velocity. The latter does travel at the speed of light, sending information down a wire is at the speed of light, but the average speed of the electrons is 100 times slower.

so if the mass of a photon is zero, then photons can't produce any energy.
energy = zero * velocity^2
energy = zero
either einstein is wrong, or photons have mass

No is not, the actual general equation is E ^ 2 = p ^ 2 c ^ 2 + m^ 2 c ^ 4, where p stands for momentum, when there is no mass (m = 0) the equation is reduced to E = pc, since photons have no mass they get all their energy from their momentum.

That doesn't change anything. Momentum is p=mv, thus, E=pc is zero if photons do not have a mass.

He was looking for a simple way to integrate gravity into his theory of spacetime. It doesn't explain electric phenomena at all though.

Feynman worked on QED, quantum electrodynamics, which is like an upgraded version of maxwell's theory of electromagnetism. However QED is also incomplete and doesn't explain all electrical phenomena. Physics at this level hasn't found a way to model both electric and gravitational (think mechanics) phenomena as well as taking into account quantum phenomena.
