We live in this shitty little island where it's either raining or cold and overcast and our personalities reflect the climate we were literally taken over by jewish central bankers during the so called glorious revolution when a central bank was established, dutch merchants literally murdered our King by funding cromwell.

very likely something to do with getting the diagnosis in the first place.
thought it would be other ethnic minorities though, to be honest.
don't know any numbers, but could also be a result of different cancer rates in the first place.
or perhaps living a life where brain cancer would often get misdiagnosed as something else.
or perhaps other ethnicities live a life where brain tumor doesn't even get to form, let alone get diagnosed.

As far as i remember Britain had chance to join hitler during ww2 and they also were big strategic point. The british soldiers and peasants laughed into the hitlers face and called him stupid and not only that they played big role in defeating hitler.
So let's be realistic here. Does Britain really deserves to be treated from Brain cancer? Even after 80 years they still do laugh at hitler and they still do not realize how dire situation is.

Britain is clear sign from god that Hitler was acting only in self-defense and wanted to make this earth into good place to live in. What did Britain win? Massive scale immigartion? Violent muslims hacking them alive?

Let's be realistic there. They do not deserve anything in fact they are being punished.
