at any rate, if you graduated with a master's or higher, i recommend getting something advanced, terse and encyclopedic and marathoning it, e.g. Bourbaki for algebra-adjacent thing and Dieudonne for analysis. if you finished your studies as an undergraduate, you could take the Lang pill, he basically has a book on every subject. finally, if you want to do it really low-level, like a first time student would, start with Rudin's Principles and Artin's or Vinberg's Algebra (Dummit&Foote's if you want more material)
