I'm on olanzapine, only 2.5mg. I only ever took vyvanse up to 30mg. Doctor says I won't ever be allowed to take vyvanse again. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the vyvanse that made me psychotic but combining it with cyproheptadine. The thing is, I feel completely useless without the vyvanse and incapable of doing my responsibilities.

This does make a lot of sense. I hadn't taken cyproheptadine since my psychotic break but ended up taking it yesterday, together with the antipsychotic to test its effects once again. Do you think it could've been the culprit for my delusions? Especially in combination with vyvanse? I tried talking to my psychiatrist that I had been taking cyproheptadine and tried telling them about its similarity to mirtazapine, a medication known to induce psychosis. They have all but ignored me. I want to get back on vyvanse, however it seems they decided that it was the cause of the episode. I need somehow to convince them of what actually happened.
