Suddenly every single world leader and manager would disappear. Regular people would look for leaders. Leaders would wind up being a different type of "different", likely neuroatypical. I'd imagine this would lead to advancement/focus of science as kinks are slowly worked out from existing society. Once these kinks are worked out (a decade?) I imagine we would become a post-scarcity civilization that focuses on science and art. Or the alternative: people don't accept neuroatypical as leaders and no one else can lead and civilization collapses.
