2. Vaccine mandates are for places where people congregate such as jobs, schools and planes. If a person crosses the border and lives in a van down by the river what does it matter if they have Covid? If they want to take part in more social activities that's when they'll be mandated to receive the vaccine.
3. Illegal immigrants aren't spreading Covid as much as you're trying to pretend. The numbers back this up.
