Any HS math or science teachers?

I'm in my first year teaching HS math and it's hell on earth. Kids constantly throw food at me and each other, always on phones playing stuff out loud, constantly talking, openly cheating on every assignment, making fucked up noises, etc. I can't discipline them because the administration doesn't believe in discipline.

Any ideas on how I can make my HS math class more "fun" or "engaging"? How do I reach these keeds?

Tell them they are not going to be needing math in their adult lives, because they will be slaves to the system. Tell them that even if they fail the class, they will be passed through the system because the school system couldn't handle dealing with generations of failed students. Tell them that all they need to do to pass the class is stay alive until the end of the year.

Best thing you can do is increase your sample size. Get into a math olympiad or whatever. Hard filter the retards personally and then you have a teachable class. This would be a kind of extracurricular class, which sucks for you, but you get beyond the future fast food employees.

You should allow the propagation of group communication instead of calling it cheating. In fact you should demand it for the sake of the autistic ones because they will be super fucked without it.
Assign tables and threaten absence if they aren't at their group tables.
Allot points to the groups to create competition, highest point groups will win something trivial like some candy or something retarded. Be aesthetically strict with due dates. Students will have to come to you and get chastised to get extensions for their lateness.
Make sure to spread the smart kids out so it's fair for the retarded ones. All humans are exhaustive learners. They need to see and work examples and see the solutions. Separate the talkative ones as much as possible. Publicly humiliate them immediately upon their disrespect. Send them outside the class room and then send another student to invite them back in, don't ever do it yourself.
Don't be a dick to them, just act excessively reasonable and maintain the idea of protecting the other student's lessons, don't scream or react to their dimwitted remarks about what you're saying. You are the authority. Don't inform them that you will do this, they will learn it from seeing it. don't be a complete ass, just don't tolerate disruptions.
Do quizzes often too, don't make them too serious though.

The problem is that they wouldn't keep it to a whisper. The retarded kids deliberately get a rise out of disrupting class for everyone and putting them together would only fuel the disruption.

In general, I try to put the kids who care at the very front and the other retards in the back in my seating chart. I then teach from the back of the room with a slide deck and laser pointer so that I can monitor the retards in close proximity.

It's not a public school. I didn't want to waste time with a bullshit teaching certification. But even this private school is full of cuckold leftists. Yes, the entire school has to wear masks. "Mysteriously" I have been sick multiple times so far this year most likely because I am constantly touching my compliance face diaper.

Stoke their interest and try to apply real world applications into your lessons. Also, if there are a specific subset of kids who refuse to do their homework and are disruptive, make it a mission to call them after class or pull them aside to question them and confront them about it. They'll be much more willing to put in the effort and learn if you make it clear that you care about them and also want them to succeed. There are kids who've been told that they're too dumb or that they will never achieve anything in the academic world for years and by the time they get to HS they've internalized that to a point that just don't give two shits about school anymore. You have to reinvigorate the innate childlike curiosity in all of them and instill in them an appreciation of the beauty of mathematics.
