I dont know enough of physics but TL;DR

Company says they build a fusion reactor that generates electricity, by transforming it directly through some weird magnet process(no heattransmission), creates Tritium as wasteproduct, that falls apart into Helium 3 which is then used to produce energy again.

Enlighten me
