Yes, weakening the west is part of it. There are 3 purposes for a vaccination program (built off normalizing arbitrary mystery injections under the pretext of preventing disease)
1) Selective intelligence reduction and behavior modification. Dumb us down, cause mental issues, disorganize, and so on.
2) Population control. That is everything from fertility and psychosocial ability to date and start families, to average lifespan and death rate from degenerative disease, cancer, etc.
3) Social stability and solidarity. Normalizing illness as "diversity" is a powerful means of blending in and getting people to accept anything. Sick people are weak people. Weak people are dependent people. Dependent people are scared people. Scared people are easily controlled.
