>>13830271From my research a single leg should be approximately 17% of your body weight. At 160 lbs that would give me 27 lbs or product. While some of that is skin, blood, and bone, I think they are still nutritionally valuable. I feel like a pound of protein and fat rich food ( like a leg ) should easily be able to cover a days calories. So I feel like a single leg should give me close to a months worth of calories.
And this is why things don't make sense. If I don't eat I should probably starve in a few months. But I feel like I should be able to easily get several months of food just from my arms and legs. So things don't seem to add up.
I need calorimetry data for a human leg and arm but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere at least easily accesible.
