Where does the meme of the relationship of atheism with science come from?.

Literally the best scientists and mathematicians in history were mostly Christians, and those who followed them were not atheists but Jews; and it is not even because "they lived in another era", in the last century, more than half of the Nobel Prize winners were Christians.

I've found the same thing in philosophy, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle were monotheists, even fucking Kant and fucking Wittgenstein were Christians.
