anecdotally i'm 25 and i take a beta blocker to deal with the consequences of taking daily amphetamine for ADHD.
my blood pressure is like 140/90 without the beta blocker, while on amphetamine.
so likely the hydroxyzine, metoprolol, and buspirone are all off the back of the amphetamine for the woman in OP.

IBS is fairly common. the skin picking (naltrexone) could be aggravated by the amphetamine as well.
BPD and depression could be inherent to the individual.
so potentially bpd/depression, IBS, and ADHD, and the remainder to counteract the side effects of the amphetamine/antiepileptic/antidepressant
