So i was looking at the sky couple of hours ago (it's late night here) and i spotted some weird whitish light continuously circling inside a cloud and moving always in the same "path" and pulsating(like literally a beam of light that go in a circle from point a to b, ) , i sadly couldn't record it cause i have a shitty phone but the best description i can give is that how the light circle is like how the chakra move inside a naruto's rasengan (sorry i'm retarded and this is the only comparison i can come up with :/ ) it really look like a bad cgi
The weird thing is that it's still going in the same exact spot even tho it's kinda now cloudy and the cloud that this phenomena started in is now merged with other clouds (when it started the cloud in question wasn't near other clouds)
i really wanna know the name of this phenomena to learn about it and understand it more .
just to be clear , it wasn't an intra cloud lightning , it was just a beam of light that go in a circle inside a cloud
