So I've been thinking about this. Is there a specific list of activities you can do to improve your ability to learn and memorize something?
A few specific examples:
Food - is it better to learn hungry or saturated. Soon after eating or a few hours after that?
Sex & Masturbation - is it better to learn before cumming or after that? Surely the hormones affect the brain in some way that impacts memory too.
Sleep - is it better to learn soon after waking up or later during the day?
Sunlight - does the brain work better when it's day outside and you could be potentially doing something outside, or is it better when it's dark?
And so on.
Please, share the combinations that worked out for you and add other factors that you found helpful.
