Posts that induce anger or stir passion = more reward.
More likes/upvotes on a post = more reward.
You can classify the sentiment of posts with basic neural nets to generate very complex rewards/objectives.
why would anyone want to do this? Because, on a larger scale, you can generate more users on your platform, shift public opinion, garner more support for a politician, pump the price of stocks or create trending topics.
