Asuming even just 10 million people are modified to become giant women and small men, and assuming the women have a 1.5 pregnancies per woman (so some women have 2 pregnancies and other women have 1), they will explode to become almost 6.5 billion people in 4 generations.
And that's assuming only 10 million people. In reality we will modify many more than just 10 million.
By 2100 there will be well over a hundred billion people, all of which will be giant women and small men.
