by adding trans population in, what ai could tell is a man now often becomes a woman, and vice versa. simply by virtue of the data existing, no human bias present yet.
option 1 - remove trans data - get slightly bad rep, not a lot of benefit, as you still need to determine what exactly to remove, so you're back in square 1, but with bad rep.
option 2 - abandon project and virtue signal. some people that see you as evil, will carry on seeing you as evil, no harm done. some people that claim to see you as evil, will strat loving you. a win. loss of users overall is negligible, with a likely gain overall.
so, option 2 it is.
