One of those great solutions is to simply exterminate everyone sub-100 IQ as being unable to integrate into the coming economy and therefore being a net detriment to human progress. This would immediately eliminate the threat of global warming, overpopulation, and so much more.
Incidentally, this would mean an end to every single race except White Europeans, certain East Asians, and Jews. We could not permit even the best specimens of other races, those with IQs 115+, to survive, given regression to the mean would mark their offspring as unfit.
