Why are we not talking about how Ischtyol/ischtammol/ ammonium bituminosulfonate is basically a miracle cure for all dermatological problems?

These fucking things last forever and don't seem to loose potency at all over time. Seriously, red spots/patches/sores, these things cure things almost overnight!

I don't know how they do it or why none of my doctors have told me about it before but these things rock.
