Why does TPS from YouTube making me want to fucking explode with rage every time he says last time's ranking? He always sounds like a faggot, but when he says that, I basically get the auditory version of the sensation of wanting to really punch someone in the face.

He sounds so wistful, to the point where he's almost being patronizingly coy, while also has that weird retarded sounding resonance like Patrick, from SpongeBob. Is there any scientific explanation for this?
