I want to know some elementary theory of bossing around workers, i have never seen techniques used at work by managers. Its all improvised "you have your goal go champ" with contradictory demands and confusion. Some manager tried to do "five sigma" or "six sigma" or whatever its called but he drowned in chaos and never talk about that no more.
Management software, shock collars and asserted tracking and controlling technologies would be appreciated. The people i work with only use excel and whatsapp.
