there are many drugs which induce euphoria.
are there any drugs that induce extreme feelings of depression? would there be a market for such drugs (anti-party drugs).

Well antipsychotics can induce some horrible side effects including akathysia and anhedonia, which is the inability to feel joy despite knowing something is funny, it just won't induce the feeling. These drugs are used in torture and given in high doses just to trigger these side effect.

Actually it's quite funny that when quitting antipsychotics you can get rebound mania/euphoria. So in both ways it is the opposite of alcohol/hangover.
