>>13813910Its meaningless - you could replace word God in the argument via any arbitrarily chosen word.
In general - God as exemplified by any common religion has very specific meaning to it in each case as a being that is conscious, cares about human existence, human values, justice, beauty, cares about humans believing in him and is depicted interacting with the World in ways that are easily concretely testable. All of those things are essentially false and are disproved by direct observation by anyone with half a brain and enough intellectual honesty to not lie to themselves. God is not real in any sense anyone wants it to be real in practice, end of story.
Now you can have other stories and ideas, some believe in the geometer-god of mathematics ruling the universe for example or believe that their inquiry into nature is a way to connect with God for example, but they are at best curiosities. Or you can have stories about the adaptive role of religions and the effectiveness of heuristics there-in for survival, which is more interesting, but you are immediately thimking from a purely nonreligious perspective at that point. Those stories you will also find trivial and outdated and boring.
