If you could make a perfect simulation of everything, perhaps. But for that, you'd need to have perfect information in some given instant. To store the information of every particle, you'd need a computer bigger than the universe itself, not to mention you'd have to consider the information of the particles of the computer too. Assuming that it could somehow be done, it still doesn't guarantee that we could just "speed up the simulation" to see what's going to happen.
From a physical perspective, we don't know whether determinism is true or not. From a logical perspective, you could have the computer telling you that some event is going to happen, and then you could go out of your way and prevent that from happening, thus the simulation would be wrong.
