Nope. That was bullshit when you made it up and it's still a lie now. The thermal design for NICMOS was done by engineers from Ball. And the astronomer you accused had no major role in JWST/NGST or any of the reports which led to it's design.

It's absolutely impossible. They can't even go to the moon, L2 is further than the moon. They're just not capable of pulling a repair mission for JWST, it would cost more than the telescope itself.
It's much more likely they will rebuild an identical version of the telescope, which is less costly than starting a whole new program.

LOL, that's what they'd say they were going to do but once they started working on it, they'd start making "improvements" which would delay it another decade or two.
