What are some things where the superficial " dumb" observation or take aligns with the views of the experts and gurus?
I can't think of a good example, but bear with me:
Uneducated:
>Grey steaks? It looks bad. Don't eat it.
Mid tier:
>Its red because theres no food colouring in it, its just a natural steak
High:
>while grey colouring doesnt have to be bad, any modern nation dyes its food red, which means if a steak made it here without having food colouring added it did not go through the regular cleaning process and we can't assume sufficient care was taken in the process, thus its a huge risk.
