no. if the light is different based on whether or not youre looking at it, then you looking at the light while someone else isnt looking at it is looking at how the light acts both while youre looking at it and they are not, at the same time ...
if the light is different, depending on whether or not you are looking at it. if it is "both at the same time" for when you are or are not looking at it - the foundations of the argument "for" the light acting differently when, whether the person is or isnt looking at it, being just that it is both at the same time to reveal itself as one when you are looking and the other while you are not
so to apply that to the second person whos looking while the first is not, you see the answer...
