Firstly the post you're replying to was replying to a post that is about hair, so you are now changing the object to "dark coloured fibers" which isnt what I was discussing.
Furthermore this is not "a few" rather these are seemingly on almost all masks of this make, and various ones on each mask.
Next, you did not give a proper description of what it exactly is, why it reacts to heat and moisture as it does, why it's there etc
