I've got a few other charts but I'd rather only post one so that in case this gets back to the course that it's a little harder to identify me. We were trying to figure out what concentrations of sodium dodecyl sulfate actually denatured lysozyme. I've learned a lot throughout this lab actually! Turns out with surfactants like SDS, there's this thing called the "critical micelle concentration", which is the tipping point between whether SDS will diffuse in solution or start to form bubbles of itself (micelles). Right before the CMC, lysozyme wasn't denatured at all!
