The biggest issue with the Moderna/Pfizer vaccines is that they aren't designed to target any specific cells. They just go - where the fuck ever they want.
So if you get an injection into a vein or the injection just gets around for whatever reason instead of staying only in your deltoid muscle, the cells taking up all the mRNA are going to be blood cells, the walls of your blood vessels, organs like the heart, etc. These cells will start producing spike proteins, and they will display the spike proteins on their membranes, and your immune system will find these proteins and begin an inflammatory attack against the cells to kill them.
So if you somehow got this shit into your heart, you get a 'mild' case of life-threatening myocarditis.
If you're unlucky, your body fucks up its immune response and you develop an auto-immune disease like guillain barre
Yeah sure, this sort of thing, like the myocarditis, is only a 1 in 5,000 - 10,000 chance if you're under the age of 30 (one of the reasons Moderna was discontinued in Ontario and the Scandinavian nations), but your odds of dying from covid by comparison are 1 in 250,000 - 500,000 for the same age bracket.
