Is it negative energy? Why a bubble when using 3 parallelepipedal (from the photo) mini-rods in this mini-cavity of two mini-plates? What about a proportionally large table size apparatus to check it isn't just some electric field?
Personally, I think it's a nothingburger with buzzword salad aside, like the photo of an egg has a similar metric to a photo of an eye so you can make omelettes with eyes now!!, something like that. A classic paper: perfect to be published academically and to maximize indexes and egos, but real contribution to science: zero
