How does the universe know to follow math? For example with pic related, how is the universe simultaneously solving calculus to figure out what strength a given magnetic/electrical field should have at every point?

We have had math which can explain natural phenomenon before they were discovered. Mathematics MUST underly physics because it is so repeatable and matches our models (aka mathematics with some logical rules) so well.

But isn't this like finding Shakespeare in ?? Couldn't we also say that language MUST underly physics because it can explain anything before anything is discovered. Is there a mathematical concept that can't be translated into words?

It doesn't and this is the first lesson to become a smarter scientist. The Maxwell's equation array is obviously bloated and simpler equation is more truthful.

Clearly magnetism is just a residual from the whole effect, not an effect on its own. Nobody doesnt really want to understand, and they go B B B B BB B B everywhere.
