Do you get itchy eyes? Most people I know with legit seasonal allergies have that issue. My sinuses have always sucked, yet all my allergy panels came back negative. I think my bigger issue is simply shitty drainage. I eventually figured out through nasal sprays and irrigation that I can get stuff trapped in my sinuses for days when a normal person's sinuses will have removed the irritants within hours. The solution for me has been semi-regular irrigation (a few times a week) just to keep things moving. Something like Xlear may also work since it reduces swelling and causes a temporary flushing, though I really need the extra flushing that irrigation provides.

You may also want to buy a decent air purifier for at least your bedroom to give your nose a break for a portion of the day.
