is the whole deal with molten salt reactors that they can burn spent nuclear fuel by using thorium?
or can they burn normal fuel as well?
and what is the byproduct of that process?
almost sounds too good, being able to get rid of spent fuel like that and not having to try and lock it away for thousands of years
