I just recovered from a mild COVID infection. Its been about 4 weeks.
What happens if after this I am CONSTANTLY exposed and reintroduced with the virus? I mean on a near daily basis. Does that mean my neutralizing antibodies will never drop? What happens with inflammation in my body?

You do not have any neutralizing antibodies until you get vaccinated.

every time your white blood cells find a sars viron they signal the rest of your immune system to build more antibodies.

they will drop as long as you're not being infected, once you're infected they go back up again especially if the virus breaks through. You're not necessarily immune to the virus but your body is trained to recognize it now.

So if I am infected every other day, the antibodies will remain high? What about bodily inflammation during this? Why am i not immune?

immunity is bit of a misnomer in this sense, your body cannot make a forcefield that stops every virus you've previously had from entering your body again. What you body can do however is recognize the sars viron as a thread and react appropriately.

The problem with most sars infections is that the immune system doesn't react in time, and if enough sars have reproduced inside you, the overall immune system response can end up hurting you more.

Excess bodily inflammation is what you should really be immune to, along with a better/faster immune system response with new infections or breakthroughs.

Viral and bacterial infections need to overwhelm the body to propagate. When the immune system kills them faster than they reproduce is when you get better.
I often stop a sore throat from getting worse by gargling with an antiseptic. I reason it has to kill a lot of microbes and im helping the immune system kill the survivors. It always work and gets better instead of worse.

Which you base on what?
An antibody study sampled from people waiting on line for grocery stores in NYC at the height of lockdowns in APR/MAY 2020 showed the opposite: that 60% of to 2000+ sample HAD been infected and the vast majority of those reported no symptoms.

That's not answering the question. What happens if he does get exposed? Also does he need to get exposed every day? Wouldn't getting exposed once a week or a month cause the same affect?

You won't be getting infected every other day unless something is very wrong. If you have developed immunity, antibodies in the nasal mucosa will bind to any particles you encounter and prevent you from getting infected.

That's my assumption, the immune system will recognize there's a consistent threat. Antibodies should only fall if the threat is no longer detected for a period of time and the body decides to focus its resources elsewhere. Once antibodies fall, there's still low levels of circulating memory B and T cells that can detect the antigen if it reappears and signal the production of more antibodies. Compare this to the first time you're exposed to a new pathogen, in which case the adaptive immune system will take weeks to start producing antibodies. You're entirely relying on the innate immune system in that situation, and the hope is once your adaptive immune system kicks in, future infections will be prevented or severity decreased when exposed to the same or similar pathogen.

We're exposed to pathogens all the time. Unless you have an immune disorder, this shouldn't be a concern. Supposedly pediatricians have the most robust immune systems because they're chronically exposed to all kinds of things.
