there are 100 different ways to do the exact same thing, the package manager fucking sucks, things always fail because of muh "v3 vs v2", the documentation across the ecosystem is inconsistent, and if you ask for help or go on stack overflow, some pajeet always gives you the most convoluted incorrect answer.
But we are forced to use it because no other scripting language has good machine learning libraries. And despite all it's shortcomings, python is the only language that has the necessary libraries which let me spin up a 32 node cluster for an RL agent in less than 60 minutes.
