Well no, there would still be disagreements. Not only can data become outdated, and replaced with new data, but different interpretations of objective data tend to be the source of disagreements. Data is objective, people are not.

Theres usually not many disagreements if actual science is done. The experiment is the judge. Sometimes theres disagreements when using too much extrapolation, i.e you see an apple fall and then you create the UNIVERSAL LAW OF GRAVITATION. And of course you should not care much about any unscientific speculation not tested by experiments, such as most of astrophysics.
