It depends. There are multiple interpretations of the same data that say its flat or curved.

Nobody knows. It's just a bunch of nerds arguing over what are probably incorrect data in the first placr.

This isn't unique to hypersphere. This works perfectly fine in a flat spatial universe slice as long as it is infinite..
