I've had visual snow and floaters my entire life too anon. I don't think it really means anything. I've been to a neurologist and ophthalmologist and they both agreed that having visual snow/floaters was relatively normal among the population, but that some people were more aware of having them. Don't focus on it too much and try to forget about it is my advice. There are much worse things to have.
