You can't tell much from one 'slice' of an MRI and nothing from that one. Imaging findings may not relate to back pain anyway. For example, post mortem studies on people who had never had back pain reported disc bulges, commonly cited as being a cause of pain, in a large percentage of the cadavers, the number escapes me.

Better to see a good osteopath and get a diagnosis, and take advice on lifestyle, exercise, and management.

Lots of hernias, but between L5-S1 is pretty ugly, alongside with the hernia there's also a retrolisthesis, Schmörl nodes and an interspinous ligament injury.

I don't know. The only part I am competent with is the dural area (white). Yours looks ok. Mine looks like a sandwich bag that you forgot in the back of your refrigerator (marfan syndrome mfs)
