How beneficial are Covid vaccines for healthy, normalweight people under 30 years old?

I explain my motivation for this question. I have understood that Covid is very rarely a serious disease in a patient without risk factors such as age, existing diseases or obesity. However vaccine adverse effects might be more evenly distributed among the population, and hence the vaccine benefit could be expected to be least in the group that is least vulnerable to the virus.

So the question is, how large is the health benefit of vaccines for the people least at risk: healthy, normalweight people under 30 years of age? I'm looking for a comparison in health outcomes between the vaccine and catching the virus for this group, but any other information is welcome too.
