Psoriasis: can it really be fixed by diet?

I often read online that psoriasis can be fixed via changing diet.
I asked my dermatologist and he said false.
I see other MD online also saying false.
Not sure what to believe, I dont see a grift angle for people who say diet fixed them as they arent selling books or anything else.

I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis
managing it via biologic subcutaneous injections such as Humria/Enbrel/Taltz
Kinda scared of potential long term effects, hoping to find some high IQ insight

Well, just try it.
Keep a food diary, and see if certain things help or worsen your condition.
Try going for more meat, less meat, more carbs, fewer carbs, more greens and fewer greens, and so on and so forth.
If I was to guess, I would guess that alcohol, sugar and fat, are bad for you, in more way than one.. or maybe not, I'm just guessing and talking out of my ass.

In my anecdotal experience, when I fasted to lose weight (a haram practice in the mainstream medical world still), my skin got 100% clearer, my incessant dry skin seemed to fix itself, and I just felt all around better. The way i see it, most doctors have been formed to see things a certain way through years and years and years of medical schooling, and even then we still get "new discoveries" seemingly all the time, so even the very educated can have blindspots, go for it b.

Doctors are telling you now to take untested vax which can kill you or cause permanent damage to your heart. There's evidence for a dietary intervention for so many things, from tinnitus (your doctor will tell you there's nothing you can do) to IBS (your doctor will tell you there's nothing you can do). Funny, that.
